Covers the diagnosis and repair, replacement or adjustment, as we determine necessary, of specified parts within the HVAC unit, as outlined below.
Requires an active HVAC maintenance agreement and annual equipment tune-up to be completed by Platinum.

The following parts are excluded from heating coverage:
Heat exchanger, coil, air handler, heating sections (boiler), firebox/combustion chamber, filters, low- and high-water cut-off valves, circulating pumps, zone valves, Wi-Fi enabled thermostats and parts added on to accommodate ancillary equipment such as air cleaners, humidifiers, etc., battery replacement, filter replacement. Replacement of the complete heating unit is not covered under any of these plans.

Requires a complimentary plumbing inspection to be completed by Platinum annually.
Includes priority scheduling status featuring guaranteed same-day service, 24/7 emergency service, and discounts on any HVAC repairs or plumbing repairs not covered.
Cover the diagnosis and repair, replacement or adjustment, as we determine necessary, of specified plumbing items, as outlined below.
PARTS COVERED
- Blocked toilets, sinks, and showers
- Shut-off valves
- Mixing valves (other than those in hydronic heating systems)
- Moving parts within the toilet tank (excluding dual flush parts) and other parts related to the toilet tank (e.g. gaskets and seals)
- Hot and cold water pipes inside your home and downstream from your main water incoming water valve (e.g. pinhole leak repair)
- Supply/drain piping repairs to all indoor plumbing fixtures (including replacement of line as required)
- Outside hose bibs
- Diagnosis of below grade waste drains blockages (including camera scoping if needed)
The following is excluded from plumbing coverage:
- Below grade drainage pipe repairs or replacement, including main drain clearing
- Faucet/spout repair including replacement of washers, gaskets and/or cartridges in taps, showers and baths
- Faucet replacement
- Mechanical pop-up stoppers
- Mixing valves contained in hydronic heating systems
- Hands free faucet repair
- Toilet flange, and toilet repairs requiring lift and reset
- Dual flush toilet parts
- Annual or routine plumbing inspection or cleaning (including cleaning of drains or catch basins)
- Septic system maintenance or repairs
- Inspection and repair of backwater valves
- Changes to/or problems with municipal water services and below grade water piping
- Repair or replacement of other fixtures, appliances or equipment, water heaters, water softeners, water filtration systems, septic systems, sink basins, toilet seats, toilet tanks or bowls, bathtubs, showers, bidets, boilers, boiler piping and valves, radiators, radiator piping and valves, refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, hot tubs, swimming pools, backflow preventers, check valves, radiant in-floor heating and Saniflo electrical units for toilets
- Repairs made necessary as a result of faulty fixtures, appliances or equipment, sump pumps
- Repairs of or cleaning blockages in main drain or other below grade drains
- Installation of new or replacement backwater valves
- Repair or replacement of circulation pumps
- Washing machine hose replacement
- Repair or replacement of motors, heaters, jets or related piping provided to bathtubs, hot tubs or swimming pools
- Fresh water tubes and drain tubes related to appliances
- Heating equipment piping/drains, or septic systems and their outflow pipes
- Pipe replacement required where pipe design/integrity has resulted in poor pressure (e.g. the calcification of galvanized or lead piping or integrity problems related to hard water)
- Drain piping repairs caused by improper installation or settling
- Replacement of galvanized, lead, cast iron, or non-PEX plastic piping
Platinum Plus Plumbing Protection Plan
As outlined above, it also covers replacement of tank style water heater up to 75 gallons and replacement of primary sump pump.
