Kevin came literally 1/2 an hour after my call. Within 1 hour the problem of my leaking shower was fixed. Unbelievable service. I was also impressed with Kevin attention to cleaning up afterwards. These guys are legit. I would recommend you call them if you have plumbing repair needs....they're awesome.
I was in need of a new heating and air conditioning unit so I called several plumbers but chose Platinum Plumbing. From the moment Andrew came into my home, I knew they were the company for me. His courtesy and professionalism were unbelievable. He and Steve did the job in one day and were perfectionists, even down to vacuuming when they were done. I would definitely recommend Platinum to all of my friends and family. They were incredible.
I had some rather large 35 year old plumbing issues that Platinum took care of easily. They responded quickly and provided me an estimate of the repairs. On the scheduled work day, the team showed early, hit their projected completion timeline and the cost estimate spot on. Thanks again guys!
Mike and Fowler installed a new sump pump and back up battery system in my basement today. My current 1/3 HP sump pump was more than likely past it's prime. Mike had previously visited my home, providing an estimate and explaining the entire process of how the new system would work. I really appreciated Mike providing me with the best option for my residence. Mike also provided a water sensor that will send alerts to my phone if the back-up pump is needed. Making sure everything was completed correctly the first time and taking time to make sure I understood how all the components worked (including the alerts for the system) speaks volumes for the quality of work that Platinum Plumbing provides. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
We couldn't be happier with the level of service Platinum Plumbing has provided us. We had a lot of rain and both sump pumps went and flooded basement. This all took place late at night as well. However, Platinum came right out and new pump was installed immediately the same night, which saved us from having a lot more damage. They are prompt, professional and very experienced.
I was able to get someone to come out early the next morning to fix a somewhat urgent issue. They were on time and were able to quickly fix the problem. The price was a bit more than I expected.

They removed an old system that needed complete rewiring. Installed heat pump with high efficiency back up propane heat source. Installed Wi-Fi thermostat's. Good price, nice work, polite installers. Sean, salesman, didn't try and see me a system I didn't need. Made a huge difference on electric and propane bill, cut it in half. Definitely use them again.
