Had an emergency plumbing issue late on a Friday night and they showed up in under an hour. Kevin F found that the sewer pipe was clogged and he was able to clear it. Very professional outfit and would highly recommend.
Platinum did a great job installing a new hot water heater in my home, they fixed a leak that they found also. Very neat, clean. Mike and his assistant did a terrific job, signed up for HVAC service as well.

Recently had a large plumbing project completed by Steve A and his assistant. The team was extremely professional. They arrived on time, they cleaned up after themselves, they were incredibly respectful. They did an amazing job fixing the disaster plumbing we had when we moved into our house. Ethan just replaced our Moen kitchen faucet with a newer Moen faucet.
We were notified that Ethan was on his way and he arrived shortly after receiving the notification.
Ethan was friendly, personable and professional. He explained in detail what it would cost before starting the job. He was meticulous in being careful not to make a mess and cleaned everything up when finished.
This is the third time we used Platinum Plumbing. Previously we used them to install a water backup sump pump to our existing system and another time to install a replacement sump pump.
We have been pleased with their work and would recommend them.

We had a good amount of water collecting under our sink and Platinum had someone out the same day. Mike Y was great -- even though the leak source wasn't obvious, he figured out the issue, had the part here and replaced all in a couple hours. I'd highly recommend Platinum and Mike for any plumbing problem!
Platinum plumbing is the best. Meticulous. Clean. Detailed. Respectful. Stand behind their work. Mike Yazzie did a great job replacing my sump pump and removing a water softener. He gave me good options in pricing which I greatly appreciated. It's the quality of work you're looking for. I've tried numerous big box and smaller plumbing firms and Platinum will have my business moving forward.
