Called Platinum Plumbing around 11:30 am by 5:30 a new hot water heater was installed. The technician, Mike was very professional and skilled. I was extremely pleased with the service as this was an emergency call. Would recommend.

We have been using Platinum Plumbing for 5 years and have always been happy with the service. We called them in the morning with a water leak and bad pressure valve. Gerry arrived within an hour. Gerry was very professional and had the problem fix very quickly.
Mike Yazzie of Platinum Plumbing came out to our house yesterday to install a check valve for home inspection and he was very thorough and did a great job!! We were so excited, because Mike was here before and we really liked his work!

We had no hot water and Mike Yazzie from Platinum Plumbing was able to come out and set up our new water heater on the same day. He gave us options for payment and took the time to walk through our new water heater after it was installed. Definitely recommend!
We have been customers of Platinum for a few years now and they are always great to work with. Our AC recently went out and they had someone out within hours to fix it. Their customer service is also great!
