I could not be more pleased with the service I received today from Platinum. My hot water heater died yesterday. In less than 24 hours I have a new unit installed at a great price. It was literally about 45 minutes from my initial call to when my service technician was at my door. Steve was so personable and helpful in recommending options to suit my needs and budget. He even went so far as to suggest ways to bring my costs down that would also cover me for maintenance on all my heating and cooling systems for a year. Once I decided on what was the best option the old unit was removed and new installed same day. Couldn't be happier and am taking a nice hot shower tonight! I can't recommend Platinum highly enough. Thank you!!
Our family had the pleasure of working with 2 technicians, Mike and Fowler, on a new water heater install. They took great care bringing the heating system into the home and were very professional during the visit.
After it was installed, they walked me through the warranty and operating instructions.
It was very much appreciated and I would not hesitate to use their services again.
We had an old sewage pump at our house break over the weekend and we called Platinum Plumbing for help. We were able to get an appointment quickly and Mike Y. did an awesome job explaining how the pump works and what our options were. We decided to have the pump replaced and Mike did an awesome job replacing the pump and getting everything working again quickly! Great experience from start to finish!
I generally only take the time to review an organization if they are absolutely worth it. Steve A and his apprentice with Platinum are absolutely worth it. Professional, fast, clean, and friendly. They diagnosed our issue, proposed a solution, went over why they thought it was the best option, and solved the problem all in a single visit. They were also more than happy to spend the time discussing a variety of options for future projects, while providing well itemized quotes for different aspects of those future products.
Had an emergency plumbing issue late on a Friday night and they showed up in under an hour. Kevin F found that the sewer pipe was clogged and he was able to clear it. Very professional outfit and would highly recommend.
Platinum did a great job installing a new hot water heater in my home, they fixed a leak that they found also. Very neat, clean. Mike and his assistant did a terrific job, signed up for HVAC service as well.
