Ethan worked really hard to solve our blocked drain. Unfortunately he had to come back the next day (sat) to get it done but he was pleasant and professional and finally got it clear.
Like many individuals, I am usually among the first to complain and criticize when something goes wrong or goes undone when dealing with other individuals, businesses or institutions, forgetting to praise when praise and recognition are due.
