What a great experience we had with Platinum Plumbing! We woke up on a Sunday morning to find our heater had stopped working. We called the emergency number and a technician called us back within five minutes! He was able to come out within an hour and a half, diagnosed and fixed the heater to restore heat to our home. Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly technician. Will definitely use Platinum for all our heating and plumbing service.
The office was pleasant to work with and they scheduled us promptly. Matthew did a great job diagnosing our sluggish drain problem and fixing it. He was professional, worked quickly, and tested to make sure all the drains were working properly before he left. He also gave us some very good advice on maintaining our pipes and on other plumbing concerns.
I had some rather large 35 year old plumbing issues that Platinum took care of easily. They responded quickly and provided me an estimate of the repairs. On the scheduled work day, the team showed early, hit their projected completion timeline and the cost estimate spot on. Thanks again guys!
A handful of plumbers have been to our house over the years and pointed out all sort of projects they wanted to do for us, but none really explained why the work needed to be done or why their solutions were the best. That wasn't the case with Kevin from Platinum Plumbing. He took the time to explain to my wife the cause of the weird issues we were seeing, how to fix them, and point out a few "home handyman" botch jobs done by previous owners. We're beyond happy with the work and everything looks much neater, cleaner, and more professional than before. Thanks Kevin!
I hired Platinum Plumbing to do some work in my home for a second time. The first time was a gas water heater install and the second time was to completely replace my old plumbing pipe and shut-off valve system. Fair price and excellent workmanship both times. Showed up on time, called before arrival, no "surprise" fees and they stayed until the job was 100% completed to my satisfaction.
We had a major blockage in our main pipe to the septic tank on Sunday.We called Platinum and spoke with Kevin who told us he would be there in 2hrs. He showed up early and and immediately diagnosed our problem and went straight to work on it. He was very informative and kept me involved in the whole process. We will be using Platinum as our plumber for now on. Excellent service!
Matthew Chandler installed a tankless water heater with upmost knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Matthew for any plumbing needs one may encounter. He arrived as scheduled, on time and worked straight through until I was completely satisfied. I am letting everyone I know how happy I am with the new system and Matthew's service.
Called Platinum Plumbing first thing this morning to see if someone could come look at my water heater that suddenly was not heating the water. They were able to squeeze me in later that morning. After doing some tests Kevin, the tech, recommended replacing the whole unit since it was 13 years old. He did so with no pressure and listed other options. I decided it would be best to replace the unit and to my surprise he could do it then and there, just had to have someone drive a new unit to my house.
I've used them before and I'll be using them again. Everyone I've had contact with is professional, knowledgable, and friendly.

Outstanding service. The technician (Matt) performed the repair quickly and took the time to show me how to properly drain the pipes in the winter (I was unaware that there is a little screw on the shutoff valve that you open in order to drain the water from the pipes). He also noticed that the vent on our recently installed water heater was not secured; he went to his truck, took out a metal piece of duct, and properly fastened the vent ducts with screws for no charge. He said this was a safety issue because the vent could have gotten dislodged from knocking into it, which would have vented carbon monoxide fumes into the basement. Matt told me about the other plumbers at his company and said the owner previously did only new construction projects but has now opened a line focused on repair work. I trust the technician and plan to use this company for my future plumbing work.
