They keep their promises, provide fair and objective perspective on the plumbing problem you are experiencing and charge fair prices for their service(s). They are clean and neat and treat you and your house with respect.

Couldn't be happier with my experience. After being stood up by two other plumbers I called Platinum at 8:30 PM and to my surprise I got a call right back! 7 AM the next morning the guys were at the house! They've earned a lifetime customer. Can't say enough good things about Platinum and will be recommending them to family/friends.
