I have been using Platinum now for almost 3 years. They have always been extremally professional and always on time. Nicole makes things very simple when trying to set up an appointment and or answering any questions. This most recent time, Luis and Max did our service on our heat pump. There was snow and salt on the ground and they took the time to put boot coverings on, during their service they took the time to answer any questions i had and better explain things to me on how to run our system more efficiently. I was very pleased with them and already set up the spring service for our ac with them!

Kevin was able to figure out my water leak issue quickly. Super friendly guy and he did a really nice job fixing my leaking pipe. Left no mess when he was done. This is the second time I've used this company and cannot speak highly enough of them
Highly recommend Platinum Plumbing and Heating, Inc. I placed an emergency call after my sump pump stopped working at 4:30 AM and water had reached the top of the sump pump pit. Kevin was out at our property 15 minutes later and was able to quickly assessed the situation, replaced the old sump pump that was not functioning and quickly put in a new sump pump to drain the pit. He continued to work for the next 2 hours to ensure that our basement did not incur significant water damage and helped with water clean-up. He clearly articulated the problem, what the next steps were and followed through with another appointment a few days later to install an appropriate back-up to the sump pump and ensure that we had equipment in place to not have a potential water issue moving forward with our sump pump pit. We'll continue to use Platinum and Kevin for any needs moving forward. Excellent customer service.
I have had the pleasure of Luis C in my home for a multitude of issues and Luis is the epitome of class and service. Luis is polite, and pays attention to what you are stating is the problem even if it may not be one. He does everything with a smile and ensures that he is taking care of business. Couldn't recommend PPH more for that reason.
Used them again today, new Furnace and AC. They were great, arrived o. Time and worked all day. New unit looks great and never any issues. We have had them do a water softener system, tankless hot water, and now new heating and ac. Plus all our maintenance, never a problem, ever!
We were extremely pleased with Platinum's responsiveness and expertise. The company we had been using for close to 5 years could not get our heat working for a couple days, We called Platinum Plumbing and Heating and they sent a serviceman the same day. On November 9, 2023 Luis Cruz came to our rescue. He was very polite, had a great personality and explained in detail everything he was doing. Because of Luis we are now Platinum customers!
My experience with Platinum Plumbing was great from start to finish. I had a previous company attempt to fix a leaky tub faucet, but $900 later the faucet still leaked. Their solution was for me to spend and additional $3,200+ to address the leak. Needless to say I declined that and moved on with my search.
I had Platinum and one other company come out to give quotes and Platinum's pricing was half as much as the other company. Mike Yazzie came out to give do the work and he was fantastic, punctual, knowledgeable, and very honest. While he was doing the work, he took notice that our water pressure was extraordinarily high and checked it -- it was 135 PSI (should be under 80)!!! He was able to change out my PRV and I still spent $600 less than the other quote. Needless to say, I was thrilled to meet Mike and will definitely be using Platinum Plumbing moving forward.
Scheduled furnace maintenance/check-up. Luis showed up right on time and took care of everything in about 45 minutes. Explained everything he did clearly and with a smile. This company is consistantly good.
